History:

Mr. Brian Botshon, President, founded Attentive Care, Inc ., in New York in 1977. The original location of operations was in Hicksville on Long Island and later expanded operations to Deer Park and Queens.

In 1980, Mr. Botshon expanded operations and established Attentive Care of Albany, Inc. which operates in Albany, New York. The company became a Licensed Home Health Care Service Agency when licensure regulations were passed by the New York State Department of Health. Mr. Botshon was the Vice-President of the local chapter of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers during the time regulations were being promulgated. He and others in the Association were involved in the development and implementation of the licensure regulations to the benefit of all users of home health care services in the State.

In 1988, Attentive Personnel, Inc. was established. This company provides office and light industrial staffing support services to all varieties of client companies, organizations and government agencies.

In 1990 Attentive Care of Albany, Inc. expanded into institutional medical staffing services providing services to most area hospitals and institutions through out the Capital District area.

In 2007, Attentive Home Companions, Inc. was established to provide non-hands-on non-medical support to seniors and others in their homes. This service provides independence from having to rely on family, friends, or neighbors for assistance.
  
Today, all locations are supported by Attentive Services , located at 5 Computer Drive West, Albany, New York 12205. Mr. Botshon serves as President of all companies. Since our inception over thirty years ago, the companies have employed thousands of people, provided health care for thousands of patients and provided supplemental staffing services to hundreds of client companies.
